If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from the Yes app, follow these steps:
- Open the App:
- Launch the Yes app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings:
- Open the side menu by tapping on the menu icon.
- Select “Settings” from the menu options.
- Select “Delete Your Account”:
- Find and choose the “Delete Your Account” option within the Settings menu.
- Follow the Instructions:
- Carefully read and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete your account deletion request.
Important: Please be aware that deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, and you will no longer have access to the app.
